I enjoy maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. I’m someone who connects easily with others, and I often notice that suppliers are just as open toward me. That makes collaboration much more effective — and more enjoyable too.
With his approachable communication style and a feel for timing, Bas ensures we stay connected to the right partners and have everything we need, right when we need it.
Always Searching for Better
One of Bas’s biggest strengths? He’s constantly looking for improvements — especially when it comes to systems, processes, and internal workflows.
“I really enjoy digging into our operations to find areas we can streamline. I’m particularly motivated when I can help make things smoother on a technical or system level — that’s where I know I can make a difference.”
He’s also someone who doesn’t shy away from rolling up his sleeves. You’ll regularly find him helping out in the warehouse or workshop, where he stays closely connected to the operational side of the business.
Whether he’s at his desk optimizing systems or in the warehouse reorganizing stock, Bas brings a sharp eye for detail and a natural drive to improve.
